This includes the property address, general home details, listing timeline, seller goals, and any known concerns shared before the walkthrough. This helps the agent and seller keep the repair conversation focused on the sale, not just a random list of things that could be fixed.

We separate items that may affect buyer confidence, safety, function, or presentation from lower-priority items that can likely wait.
